Your workflow

1. Select a discipline and calculation or create a custom formula.
2. Enter values, units, parameters and boundary conditions completely.
3. Check plausibility and validity ranges.
4. Run, interpret and document the calculation.
5. Use local AI to convert the formula into PLC code when needed.
6. Review, simulate and test generated code on the target system.

Using the software

Choose a subject area and an existing calculation or open the custom formula editor.

Document custom formulas with variables, units, descriptions and test values.

Local AI assists with structuring formulas and transferring them into suitable PLC code without requiring technical content to be sent to a cloud service.

Validate results and generated PLC code with reference cases, simulation and the target system's requirements.

• Windows 10 or Windows 11, 64-bit
• Processor with at least 4 cores
• At least 8 GB RAM; 16 GB recommended for local AI
• At least 2 GB free storage plus formulas, models and project data
• 1366 x 768 display; Full HD recommended
• For local AI: Ollama and a suitable local language model
• Suitable engineering software for simulation and transfer of generated PLC code

• Results are engineering aids and require professional review.
• Generated PLC code must not be used before review, simulation and controlled testing.
• Consider project-specific standards, material data, units and safety factors.
• The demo is limited to three server-counted calculations per user.
