Siemens TIA Portal & Beckhoff PLC programming
PLC programming for new machines and existing plants. We support Siemens S7, TIA Portal and Beckhoff TwinCAT projects, from structured software development to commissioning and troubleshooting.

Siemens S7 and TIA Portal
We develop and revise control programs, sequences and interfaces for S7-1200 and S7-1500 controllers. Existing S7 Classic projects are included in the initial assessment. WinCC operator interfaces, alarms and diagnostics are coordinated with machine operation.
Beckhoff TwinCAT
For Beckhoff projects, we consider PLC logic, I/O assignments and communication between stations together. We first establish the TwinCAT version, available libraries and the scope of the required changes.
Commissioning and troubleshooting
Inputs, outputs, station communication, operating modes and fault responses are checked step by step. When faults occur, we analyse program sequences and process data to identify causes and test changes systematically.
Retrofit and existing PLC projects
For modifications and extensions, we review the software baseline, hardware, documentation and available downtime. This forms the basis for an agreed plan covering implementation, functional testing and handover.
Standard blocks and reusable functions
Consistent block interfaces, state models and diagnostic messages make complex systems easier to maintain. We develop project-specific standards and document their application and limitations.
Connecting PLCs, C# and SQL
Machine data can be processed in C#/.NET applications and stored in SQL databases through suitable interfaces. Communication methods, data models, update rates and error handling are designed around the controller and IT environment.

Frequently asked questions
Can you take over existing Siemens TIA projects?
Yes. We first review the project files, TIA version, hardware and documentation, then agree the changes, tests and handover with you.
Can PLCs communicate with C# applications?
Yes. Through a suitable controller interface, C#/.NET applications can read and process machine data and return defined values. Access rights, data consistency and failure handling are part of the design.
What information is useful for a PLC enquiry?
Please provide the controller type, software version, a brief machine description, the current project status and the changes required. For on-site work, we also clarify access and downtime.
